Larry Cole, Ph.D., founded TeamMax, Inc. in 1989 and quickly became a pioneer to provide real-time measurements to improve people performance as is done to improve technical performance. He has created a comprehensive management system to improve interpersonal performance and the three working relationships that determine the success of every organization:
1. Among members of a work unit.
2. Between work units.
3. Between team leaders and their team members.
As an author, he’s written over 100 articles on interpersonal performance and twelve books including People-$mart Leaders: Maximize People, Performance & Profits, which was co-authored with his son, Michael.
As a professional speaker he challenges his audience to use interpersonal skills to maximize their performance and organizational leaders to use a systemic process to improve their most valuable asset – their people. As one participant explained, “The amount of content Larry gave us was like putting 10lbs. of potatoes into a 5 pound bag.”
Michael Cole, Ph.D., directs organizational research. Prior to his current position as Assistant Professor of Management at Texas Christian University he served as the Senior Research Fellow & Lecturer in the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Galen in Switzerland.
